Check the code before you pay
If you give a code, Stake gives us no way to verify that it exists or that it belongs to you, so the accounts are made against exactly what you type. A typo produces real accounts under somebody else’s code, and that is not something we can undo or refund. Copy it from your Stake affiliate page rather than typing it out. Choosing No code avoids the question entirely — the accounts are registered with no affiliate at all.
Higher levels take longer
Stake reviews each level in turn: the ID first, then the proof of address, then the source of funds. Nothing can be sent until the step below it has been approved, so a Level 4 order takes noticeably longer than a Level 2 one. If a document is declined we scrap that account and make another — you still get the number you paid for.
About chosen usernames
Stake will not tell anyone whether a name is free until an account tries to take it, so we find out by trying. If yours is gone we work through name1 to name99 before asking you for a different one — your order waits rather than failing, and nothing extra is charged.
What happens if we deliver short
If generation returns fewer accounts than you paid for, the difference comes back to you in Litecoin. That one is on us, and it is the only thing here that gets refunded.
